Quick Summary
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is conducting a Sources Sought to identify potential sources for "Owego Price Pending Items" (National Stock Numbers - NSNs) currently considered sole source to Lockheed Martin Corporation. The purpose is to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing or legitimately obtaining these items, which are primarily Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories And Components (PSC 1680). DLA intends to add these NSNs to an existing Long-Term Contract (LTC) under the Captains of Industry (COI) program, specifically contract SPE4AX-22-D-9000. Responses are due by February 11, 2026, at 5:30 PM EDT.
Scope of Work
This market research seeks to identify qualified sources for specific NSNs and related part numbers, detailed in Attachment 1 (SPE4AX26R0012 NSN add.xlsx). These items are currently procured as sole source from Lockheed Martin. The goal is to potentially broaden the supply base for these critical aircraft components and integrate them into an existing DLA LTC.
