Scope of Work
The project requires the supply, installation, and commissioning of new high-efficiency, cold-climate, electric ductless heat pump systems. Existing indoor air handlers will be adapted for ventilation and emergency backup heat. The contractor must ensure all installations meet applicable Corps of Engineers and OSHA safety standards, building and electrical codes, and prevailing wage requirements.

Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Quotes must include shipping costs and be valid for 30 calendar days. The Government is exempt from paying local and state taxes. Wage determinations for Benton and Franklin Counties, WA, apply, and bidders must account for minimum labor costs and fringe benefits.
