This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity. Proposals are due by June 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM Local Time.

Scope of Work

This requirement involves procuring specific tool sets, including the Hangar Box, Silicone Box, Structures Box, and Composite Box, as detailed in Exhibits A through D. The contractor will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring identical tool layouts and sequential etchings for multiple identical tool kits.
  • Shipping all items to the government delivery point at Ellsworth AFB, SD.

Key Requirements

Tools must be professional-grade, with capabilities matching reference part numbers. A Brand Name Justification (Attach 6) specifies the need for Snap-On tools due to standardization requirements per DAFMAN 21-101. All tools must have a nine-digit Worldwide Identification Number (WWID) laser etched. Foam trays must be custom-cut, two-layered, and contrasting for tool retention and identification of missing tools. Tool insert layouts require government approval prior to production.
