Scope of Work

- Bootstrap Beam Hoists (Level System) (AGSE-15)
- APU Lifting Hoist (AGE70078)
Testing must adhere to applicable Air Force Technical Orders (TO), military specifications, and OEM (Advanced Ground Systems Engineering - AGSE) guidance. Post-test inspections, including NDI, are required to certify equipment integrity, followed by official certification tags/documentation. Vendors must specify if testing will be performed on-site at Westover ARB or at an off-site, certified facility.
