The RFI seeks information on two primary equipment types:
- Compact Track Loader (Qty-1): Must provide high lifting capacity, stability, and maneuverability in confined areas and uneven terrain. Key specifications include 72-79 HP Diesel, Turbocharged, enclosed cab with AC/Heater, quick attach connectors, 75-85” bucket, 48” pallet forks, various safety features (backup alarm, camera, seat belt), LED work lights, and ride control. Example type: Bobcat T740.
- Forklift (Qty-1): Must offer 12000 lb capacity, 24” load center, and maneuverability in areas as narrow as 72 inches and on uneven terrain. Key specifications include electric power, multi-directional, sideloader, SwingMast, 4-way steering, 360° HX Fluid Steering, 90° Rotating Mast, high clearance, indoor/outdoor use, ANSI B56.1, and UL 583 Type E Construction. Example type: Drexell SL120AC.
Vendors should provide options for Lease to Buy (12, 18, 24 months), Rental (12, 18, 24 months), and Purchase.

Submission Requirements
Responses should include:

- Pricing Detail: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) breakdown, delivery, term, warranty, and options.
- Logistics: Delivery Lead-Time, Transportation, site delivery, and setup procedures at the MCAAP secure facility.
Submissions must be organized, clearly mark proprietary information, and contain no classified data. Respondents must be registered and active in SAM.gov.
