Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) requires a Contractor to provide local exchange access services, analog and digital access transport services, and inter/intra-Local Access Transport Area (LATA) interconnect functions. The Contractor will provide transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, test equipment, and design for local access and transport services to designated demarcation points and destinations.
