Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive local exchange access services, including analog and digital access transport, and inter/intra-Local Access Transport Area (LATA) interconnect functions. This encompasses:
- Installation and cutover of services.
- Commercial subscriber lines (CSLs) with features like dial tone, direct inward/outward dialing, E911/311.
- CENTREX features (Basic Feature Package required).
- Exchange access trunks.
- Transport services for various line types (analog, ISDN, HDSL, DS-1, DS-3, OC-1, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48).
- Circuit termination at Government installation points.
- 24/7 service restoration and maintenance with defined response times (e.g., 4 hours for catastrophic outages).
