  • Scheduled Outages: Inform Government POC NLT 30 days prior with detailed explanation.
  • High Priority Outages: Respond on-site NLT one hour of notification; provide updates every four hours.
  • Medium Priority Outages: Respond on-site NLT 24 hours of notification.
  • Low Priority Outages: Respond on-site NLT five working days of notification.

• Timely and Accurate Notification: 95% of the time for scheduled outages, 99% for High Priority, and 95% for Medium and Low Priority outages.
