- Quality Assurance: Contractor must provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government.
- Packaging: MIL-STD 2073 applies. Specific guidance is provided for MIL-PRF-23199 packaging, particularly regarding MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bags for cleanliness controls. Fire retardant packaging is no longer required.
- Mercury Exclusion: No mercury or mercury-containing compounds shall be intentionally added or come into direct contact with hardware/supplies.
