Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide commercial lodging facilities for the Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) in compliance with Department of Defense Lodging Adequacy Standards.

• Provide lodging in Anchorage, Alaska, from May 28, 2026, to June 10, 2026.

• Accommodate approximately 35 personnel requiring 13 nights of lodging.
