This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items for lodging, hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for B Company, 834th ASB during their Annual Training at TASMG in Springfield, MO, from May 30 to June 13, 2026. • Lodging: 25 Double Rooms and 2 Single Rooms for 14 nights (May 30 - June 13, 2026). Local per diem rates apply, not to exceed $110.00 per room per night. Hotel must be within 15 miles of TASMG, Springfield, MO. Rooms must have doors opening to a finished area (no motel-style buildings). Ability to adjust room quantity without penalty is required. On-site parking and free wireless internet are mandatory.

• Breakfast: Hot on-site breakfast daily from 6:00-7:00 am.

• Meeting Room: Large meeting room for approximately 51 Soldiers, with tables and chairs, for business, training, and meals.

• Meals: Lunch and Dinner meals to be prepared and delivered daily. Buffet-style serving lines are required. Contractor must provide all necessary supplies, equipment, and temperature control for food safety (hot items >= 135°F, cold items <= 41°F). Specific meal times and locations are provided.

• Personnel: Contractor personnel will assist with serving line setup but will not serve food. Personnel must maintain a professional appearance.

• Contract Type: FIRM FIXED PRICE order.

• Period of Performance: May 30, 2026 - June 13, 2026.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide lodging and meals for B Co 834 ASB Annual Training in Springfield, MO, from 30 May to 13 June 2026.

• Lodging: 25 Double Rooms and 2 Single Rooms for 14 nights (30 May - 13 June 2026). Hotel must be within 15 miles of TASMG, Springfield, MO. Rooms must have doors opening into a finished area. On-site parking, washers/dryers, and free wireless internet are required. Ability to adjust room quantity without penalty until 18 May 2026.

• Meals: Daily hot breakfast (6:00-7:00 am), lunch, and dinner. Meals to be served buffet-style. Contractor to provide all necessary serving supplies and equipment, including insulated containers for food transport and heating/cooling sources. Food safety standards (TB Med 530, Tri Service Food Code) must be met, with hot items at 135°F+ and cold items at 41°F or below.

• Meeting Room: A large meeting room for approximately 51 Soldiers, suitable for business, training, and dining.

• Food temperatures must be maintained at specified levels throughout serving.

• Contractor personnel must maintain professional appearance.

• Compliance with AR 30-22, TB MED 530, FDA Food Code, and Local Codes (Missouri).

• Final room numbers to be confirmed by 4:00 pm CDT on 18 May 2026.

• Contractor personnel will assist with serving line set-up but will not serve food.

• Government will not provide equipment.

• Sample menus are provided; deviations require approval.

• Condiments to be individually packaged.

• Headcount documentation will be verified by Unit Food Service NCO.

• No penalty for food not consumed if proper headcount is provided.
