- Hotel must be within 15 miles of TASMG, 5250 W Depot RD, Springfield, MO.
- Rooms must have doors opening into a finished area (no motel-style buildings).
- Ability to adjust room quantity without penalty, with final numbers confirmed by May 18, 2026, 4:00 PM CDT.
- On-site parking, free wireless internet, and operable washers/dryers are required.
- Local per diem rates apply, not to exceed $110.00 per room per night. Hotel rates are exempt from Federal and State taxes.
