Purpose

Scope of Work
The requirement includes:
- CLIN 1: Lodging - 40 rooms for 3 nights (120 room nights total) from September 10-13, 2026. Rooms must be 3+ star Lodge Studios (King or Double Queen) with Wi-Fi, parking, fitness access, and intra-resort transportation. Rate not to exceed $188 per night or government per diem.
- CLIN 2: Meeting Space - Conference space for 80 personnel, co-located with lodging, for September 11-12, 2026 (0900-1500 daily). Includes theater-style seating, tables/chairs, and pre-function space for refreshments.
- Food & Beverage: Beverage service during meetings. Menu coordination 30 days prior, final headcount 7 days prior.
- Event Support: On-site event coordinator, setup/breakdown, utilities, and compliance with safety/fire codes.
- Reservation Management: Provide a reservation system or accept a rooming list, maintaining a room block until August 10, 2026.

Evaluation Criteria
