Scope of Work
The requirement is for a hotel to provide comprehensive services including guestrooms, catering, and conference space for the SR2T event. Key requirements include:
- Lodging: 25 guest rooms, each with two queen beds, workspace, individually controlled heat/AC, refrigerator, and full bath. Rooms must be clean and in good repair.
- Conference Space: Two rooms are needed: one for training/meals (accommodating 110 in lecture/classroom style with 15 round tables, 8 chairs each, plus facilitator tables, podium, and AV equipment) and one for childcare (accommodating 30 in classroom style with 8 round tables, 6 chairs each).
- Catering: Nutritious buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with non-alcoholic beverages for 70 adults (13+) and 30 children (ages 4-12yrs) per meal. Meals must be free of common food allergens. Unlimited coffee, tea, and water for adults during specified training times.
- Capacity: Accommodations for up to 60 adults and 40 children.
- Facilities: Contractor facilities must include a fitness center.
