Purpose and Scope
The Volpe Center requires hotel lodging for workshop participants from July 9 to August 16, 2026. The scope includes providing up to three room blocks: 12 rooms (CLIN 00100), an optional 5 rooms (CLIN 00200), and an optional 1 room (CLIN 00300). All accommodations must be located within a 0.75-mile radius of the Volpe Center at 220 Binney Street, Cambridge, MA 02142.
Rooms must be studio-style with a queen-size bed or larger, distinct living and sleeping areas, and a fully equipped kitchenette including cooking utensils, dishware, basic appliances, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, and a stovetop. Additional amenities required are occupant-controllable thermostats, complimentary internet, daily cleaning, linen changes, toiletries replenishment, and multiple functional onsite washers and dryers. Facilities must be listed on the current Hotel-Motel National Master List. The rate shall not exceed the Federal Fiscal Year 2026 per diem rate of $291.00 per night.

Submission Requirements & Evaluation
Bidders must submit a firm fixed-price quote in accordance with the attached SF-1449 CLINS, Statement of Work, Lodging Requirement Checklist, Wage Determination, and FAR Terms and Conditions. Proposals must include a detailed room description, hotel amenities, a completed Lodging Requirements Checklist, verification of distance from the Volpe Center, and an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration (Unique Entity Identification number). Failure to meet any requirement outlined in the Lodging Requirement Checklist will render the technical package unacceptable. This notice is expected to result in a single award, subject to receipt of an acceptable proposal. Bidders must also comply with the Service Contract Act wage rates for Middlesex County, MA.
