• Adherence to food service recommendations in the Food Service Addendum is required.

• Specific standards for food safety, including manager certification, employee training, chemical use, menu development, temperature control, hand washing, cross-contamination prevention, and sanitation are detailed.

• Period of Performance: March 15 - March 21, 2026.

• Location: Tampa, Florida, within a 10-minute drive of SOFWERX.

• Government will not furnish any items or services.

The evaluation process will prioritize the lowest priced quote and proceed in ascending order, evaluating technical offers until one meets or exceeds acceptability standards.
