Scope of Work

- Traffic Management: Cargo and passenger movements, personal property, exercise and contingency operations.
- Vehicle Management: Fleet management, maintenance (scheduled/unscheduled), parts, and reporting.
- Fuels Management: Operation, receipt, storage, and distribution of fuel and cryogenic products.
- Ground Transportation: Centralized ground transportation for personnel and cargo, vehicle licensing, and dispatch services.
- Air Transportation: Operation of air freight and passenger terminals, mobility training, and aerial delivery operations.
Performance will primarily occur at government facilities as defined in individual Task Orders.
