Purpose & Scope

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to gather information from prime contractors capable of delivering comprehensive LRS-C services across Air Force and Space Force installations. The anticipated MAC IDIQ will cover six major functional areas:

  • Material Management: Asset management, central storage, hazardous material, IPE, customer support, inspections, physical inventory, etc.
  • Traffic Management: Cargo/passenger movements, personal property, deployment support.
  • Vehicle Management: Fleet management, maintenance (scheduled/unscheduled), parts, inspections.
  • Fuels Management: Refuel/defuel, storage, distribution, accounting, sampling.
  • Ground Transportation: Personnel/cargo movement, vehicle licensing, operations, dispatch.
  • Air Transportation: Air freight/passenger terminals, mobility training, aerial delivery.

The objective is to establish a strategic sourcing contract vehicle for future task order competitions, with individual task orders expected to range from one to five years.

  • Any additional supporting information detailing capabilities and past performance relevant to the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
