The contractor will provide non-personal longshoring and stevedoring services to support pier operations for the NAVSUP FLCPH Ocean Terminals Division. Key tasks include:

  • Vessel Load Services: Moving cargo, lashing, installing tarpaulins, debris removal, cargo tally reporting for Roll on/Roll off (RORO) and Lift on/Lift off (LOLO) vessels.
  • Vessel Discharge Services: Unlashing cargo, moving to temporary rest, removing tarpaulins, debris removal, and cargo tally reporting.
  • Yard Management: Staging yard management, cargo segregation, and lane assignments.
