Scope of Work
The contractor will provide lookout services at the Oregon Butte Lookout in the Wenaha-Tucannon Wilderness, Pomeroy, Washington. Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a daily log of events and providing an annual written summary.
- Monitoring radio traffic, relaying messages, plotting fire locations, and providing fire behavior reports.
- Reporting weather conditions and taking weather/fuel moisture readings upon request.
- Maintaining primary and back-up lookouts for 7-day-a-week coverage.
- Responding to fire/smoke sightings within 10 minutes with azimuth and estimated distance.
- Notifying dispatch of approaching storms and maintaining proficiency with a Fire Finder.
- Keeping the lookout site clean and tidy. Access to the site is via foot or pack string.

Submission & Evaluation

Special Requirements & Notes
