• Wheeler Gorge Visitor Center Operations: The Forest Service maintains a partnership with Los Padres Forest Association (LPFA) for educational and interpretive services. An annual agreement will be entered into between the Forest Service and the permit holder to specify the Maintenance, Repair, Restoration, Improvement (MRRI) projects to be used to offset the permit fee.
