This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for janitorial services and supplies at the Los Padres National Forest, Ojai Ranger District Office. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and quotations are requested. A separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Price and Technical Acceptability. Past Performance will also be considered.

• Price evaluation will include the base period, all option periods, and potential extension under FAR 52.217-8.

• Technical Acceptability will be evaluated as "acceptable" or "unacceptable" based on the offeror's ability to meet requirements and demonstrate understanding. Offerors must address sections 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 of the PWS.

• Key Personnel: Project Manager resume is required. Contingent letters or a staffing plan are also required.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To secure janitorial services and supplies for the Ojai Ranger District Office.

• Cleaning of restrooms, floors, office areas, break room, and other office spaces.

• Approximately 5,900 square feet of office space, including 5,000 sq ft carpet and 900 sq ft linoleum.

• Specific areas include 12 offices, 2 conference rooms, 4 restrooms, 1 shower room, 1 kitchen, 5 entrances, and 1 mailroom.

• Sidewalks at main entrance, interior courtyard, and rear entrances.

• EXCLUDES: Law Enforcement Officer's Office, Computer Room, and Utility Room.

• Contractor to provide all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision, unless stated otherwise.

• Anticipated Performance Period: June 2026 through June 2031, with four (4) one-year option periods.
