Evaluation Criteria

Technical acceptability will be evaluated as "acceptable" or "unacceptable" based on the offeror's ability to meet requirements and demonstrate understanding of PWS sections 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0. Offerors must submit pricing for the base period and all option periods. A Project Manager resume and a staffing plan or contingent letters are required.
