The Army seeks innovative solutions to augment its enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, fostering a Common Business Operating Environment (CBOE). The Government is interested in solutions from all sources, including commercial, government, traditional, and non-traditional defense contractors, and encourages vendors without fully developed solutions but with capability and interest to respond.

  • Platform Experience: With Army's Approved Platforms (e.g., Vantage, PowerApps, ServiceNow) and integration with Army enterprise services.
  • Development Methodology: Agile and DevSecOps approaches.
  • Business Case for Non-APL Platforms: Justification and approval plan for platforms not on the Approved Product List (APL).
  • Partnering for Rapid Acquisition: Strategies for structuring acquisition processes.
  • Driving Mission Advantage: Highlighting innovative technologies (AI/ML, predictive analytics).
  • Security & Interoperability Standards: Plans for achieving security accreditation (ATO) and alignment with Army policies.
  • Illustrative Cost and Schedule: Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for prototype development and deployment.
