Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must obtain access through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) and secure a "Confidential - Red Badge" security clearance. A Facility Clearance (FCL) is required to submit a proposal. Contractors must comply with Federal and State OSHA requirements, OSHECM Chapter Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) requirements, and other site-specific safety protocols.
