Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of one hundred and fifty (150) Low Pressure Gage Calibrators for the Navy fleet Calibration Laboratories via a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

• Procure Low Pressure Gage Calibrators to replace existing obsolete models.

• The calibrators must support pressure modes and ranges including absolute 1-100psia, gauge -14-100psig, and vacuum 0-28 inHg.

• This is intended as an in-lab bench top replacement.

• Calibration certificates with actual data referencing actual data shall be provided for each standard delivered.

• Calibration must be traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and result in an Accredited Certificate/Report of Calibration.

• A calibration label indicating the calibration interval shall be placed on each installed standard.

• Contract period: Five (5) years.

• Place of performance: Navy fleet Calibration Laboratories.

• Contractor shall provide operator/service manual(s) including information on safety, theory of operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and operational instructions. Manuals can be print or electronic (CD-ROM or DVD).

• Units must have a manufacturer's standard warranty of at least one (1) year after installation and acceptance.

• Contractor shall provide a Repairable Parts list.

• Contractor shall provide a Software/Firmware Version Description.

• Contractor shall provide a step-by-step recorded training manual covering operation, maintenance, and calibration, including a demonstration of calibration. Training manuals shall be electronic media (CD-ROM or DVD).

• Applicable documents include MIL-STD-130N, MIL-PRF-28800G, MIL-PRF-38793, MIL-HDBK-781A, NIST Special Publication 811, and NIST Technical Note 1297.

• Deliverables include Technical Manual, Calibration Certificate and Report, Repairable Parts List, Software Version Description, and Training Manual, all considered Firm Fixed Price (FFP) elements.

This document, CSS 06-3232, is a Calibration Standards Specification (CSS) Procurement Package for a Pressure Gage Calibrator (PGC).
