Scope of Work

Special Requirements
Offerors must submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) with their proposal. The awarded contractor will be required to develop and submit a Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP) within 45 days of contract award. Personnel performing maintenance or repairs must possess all required licensing and certifications. Contractor personnel will undergo National Agency Checks (NAC) and credit checks and must comply with all base access, security, traffic, and weapons regulations. A Safety and Health (S&H) Program compliant with AFOSH and OSHA standards is mandatory. Work will take place in active hangars, requiring coordination with the 12th Maintenance Group, and the contractor must provide barricades and warning signs.
