Scope of Work
Sources must be able to provide:

- Blood products that comply with all pertinent local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Section 351 of the Public Health Service Act and 21 CFR, 600-640.
- 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability, including Federal Holidays.
- Delivery of Low Titer O Whole Blood within 3.5 hours upon receipt of request in certain instances.
