Evaluation & Submission

Additional Requirements
Contractors must provide and maintain an inspection system. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073, with specific clarifications for MIL-PRF-23199 and MIL-DTL-24466 for cleanliness control. Fire retardant packaging is no longer required. A DD1423 is required for material cure date certification. At the time of material delivery, a Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) and a Cure Date Certificate (DI-MISC-81318) must be submitted to NAVSUP-WSS Code N9433. Requests for delivery date extensions or waivers/deviations require detailed justification.
