Sole Source Justification
This acquisition is proposed as a sole-source award to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) (CAGE code 64059) in Grand Prairie, Texas. The justification, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), states that LMMFC is the only source possessing the necessary knowledge, expertise, and full disclosure technical data package (TDP) to perform this effort.
