Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Personnel: All personnel must be US citizens with current TOP SECRET clearance and SCI – ICD704 eligibility.
- SSM: Minimum 10 years security experience (5 years direct ICD-705 construction project experience), valid SSM training certificate, expert understanding of ICD/ICS-705.
- CST: Minimum 5 years construction experience (security experience may supplement), valid CST training certificate, good understanding of ICD/ICS-705.
- Equipment: Contractor must provide specific equipment including handheld metal detector wands, an ID badging system, portable communication systems, electronic documentation devices, and SSD hard drives.
