Scope of Work
This requirement involves replacing VCHT Piping in specific locations: the Supply Department Storeroom (6-27-2-A) and Passage (6-24-0-L). The task includes removing existing piping, templating, fabricating, and installing one (1) 4-inch IPS by 8-feet long VCHT Piping made of CuNi 90-10 material. Additional tasks include removing and installing flashing for penetrations and adjusting pipe hangers. Performance standards require piping to be cleaned to a gas and oil-free condition, an operating pressure test to verify tightness (no leakage allowed), and proper cleaning and preservation of new and disturbed surfaces. A Marine Chemist certificate condition report is also required.

Special Requirements
