Quick Summary

The General Services Administration (GSA) has issued a Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) for a temporary sole source task order to ADTRAV Corporation for Travel Management Company (TMC) services for NASA. This action is critical to support NASA's transition to the new GO.gov system. The task order will run from May 1, 2026, through November 30, 2026.

Purpose & Rationale

This temporary sole source award to ADTRAV is necessary because ADTRAV is currently NASA's TMC for ETS2 and is the only vendor to date with a signed security Memorandum for Record/Authority To Operate (MFR/ATO) with GO.gov. The period of performance allows NASA to participate in system configuration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for GO.gov, which is scheduled to go live on August 2, 2026. This temporary support prevents unacceptable delays and costs associated with the GO.gov transition.

Scope of Work

The scope of travel agent services includes, but is not limited to, travel arrangements, reservations, ticketing, and traveler support for air, rail, lodging, car rental, and ancillary services. This encompasses booking, business services, destination services, frequent traveler and loyalty programs, international services, invoicing, CBA reconciliation, profile management, quality assurance & control, standard travel management reporting, and stand-alone bookings for lodging and/or rental car only. These services primarily support GO.gov but may also be needed for services managed outside of GO.gov.
