• Submittals: Deliver a project schedule with a Gantt chart and AF Form 3064 within 14 days of Notice to Proceed. Submit materials and equipment information via AF Form 66 and AF Form 3000 for approval, allowing 5 business days for review.

• Deliverables: Provide an updated one-line diagram of the building's backup power system.

• Warranties: All work covered by a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship, plus manufacturer warranties.

• Hot Work Permits: Required for welding or open flame devices, with 24 hours advance notice to the CE project manager.

• Waste Management: Contractor responsible for legal disposal of demolition and construction waste off-base. Government dumpsters are not to be used. Weight tickets and disposal certificates required. Hazardous Waste Manifests must be signed by a Base Environmental Office representative.
