Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for audio services for the Luke Air Force Base 2026 Air Show. The project's scope consists of: the vendor setting up from March 18-19, operations from March 20-22, and removal/tear down from March 23. Evaluation Criteria is listed within clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All offerors must provide a full Capabilities statement in order for the Governement to determine Technical Acceptabilitty.
Quote Submission Deadline (12/17/2025): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is December 17th, 2025 @ 1500 EST. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award.
