Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force is seeking proposals for AVGAS (Aviation Gasoline) with truck rental and shipping to support the Luke Air Force Base 2026 Air Show in Arizona. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity. Proposals are due by January 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.
Scope of Work
This Request for Quote (RFQ) covers the provision of AVGAS 100LL for both government and non-appropriated fund use, including a 3000-gallon truck rental, shipping, and associated labor. The period of performance for delivery is from March 19-23, 2026. A key condition is that only fuel used will be charged; any unused fuel will be returned to the contractor without charge to the Government.
