Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and offers the lowest price. Technical acceptability requires a full Capabilities statement of the Similatior being offered and offerors must possess a Green or better Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) rating. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-5 by reference. Payment requests and receiving reports will be submitted via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
