- Online and telephone technical support.
- Labor, parts, and travel covered for emergency services.

- Coverage for all minor hardware and software updates.

- Provision of trained personnel, tools, diagnostic equipment, software, and parts for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration (CAL), Safety Testing (ST), and remedial repairs.

- Inclusion of software revisions and upgrades required due to manufacturer safety-hazards or FDA recalls at no additional cost.
- Notification to the Bio-Medical Repair (BMR) department within 24 hours of discovering defects outside the contract scope, with a cost estimate.
