Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair four restrooms in Building 95 to provide a reliable and efficient plumbing system for 18th Contracting Squadron (18 CONS) Office. Architectural repairs include replacement of interior finishes including ceiling, wall and flooring, replacement of doors, windows, bathroom vanities, specialties such as partitions, and bathroom and janitorial accessories. Reconfigure the existing interior spaces on the first floor to provide minimum clearances, turning spaces, fixture spacing, and stall dimensions to accommodate personnel in wheelchairs. Mechanical repairs include replacement of bathroom exhaust fans and controls, replacement of plumbing fixtures, water heater, entire domestic water runs from fixtures to mains, domestic water risers, vent piping, and sanitary sewer piping from fixtures to mains. Electrical repairs include replacement of lighting fixtures, lighting controls, receptacles, and miscellaneous power for mechanical equipment. Provide temporary bathroom facility and utility connections required for construction. Suspect hazardous materials (hazmat) such as Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP) were tested in the work areas.
