Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To enter into a service agreement with a licensed and certified alarm company to provide 24-hour monitoring of multiple fire and intrusion alarm systems at Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park.

• Provide 24-hour monitoring for fire, intrusion, and trouble alarms at various park locations.

• Utilize a Global Service Mobile (GSM) for alarm communication.

• Establish a calling protocol with up to eight (8) names and phone numbers for emergency response.

• Provide detailed, location-specific information for activated alarms.

• Clear any trouble and/or fault signals as part of the commissioning process.

• Maintain an internet-based log of all activity, accessible by NPS staff.

• Ensure equipment and staff successfully communicate between dialers and the central station.

• Coordinate work to avoid interruption of existing monitoring services.

• 24 hours a day, 7 days per week monitoring.
