- Ticketing: Manage tour ticket sales (approx. 500,000 tickets/year, $9M revenue) with a full-service Point of Sale (POS) system supporting online, in-person, off-site, and advance sales. This includes revenue management, various tour types, daily electronic reporting, and visitor experience enhancements.
- Parking: Manage multiple parking facilities (approx. 400,000 tickets/year, $2.9M revenue) with a full-service POS system for diverse inputs and revenue types. This requires daily electronic reporting, cash management, and visitor experience improvements like real-time space availability.
- Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) Collection: Provide personnel, equipment, and services to operate an integrated system for Visitor Center Admission, tour tickets, parking, and overflow lots.
