The facility must be located within 20 miles of 2600 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Key requirements include:
- Secure Access: Electronic gates with keypad access, video cameras, 24-hour surveillance, and on-site security guard patrol.
- Facility Features: Electrical outlets in every space, climate-controlled options, fully enclosed and well-lit spaces, extra-wide drive aisles, and automatic doors for enclosed garages.
- Operational Flexibility: Access seven days a week with extended hours (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily), and month-to-month rental terms.
