M1022-A1 Dolly Set

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a one-time purchase of three (3) M1022-A1 Dolly Sets. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The client agency is the United States Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) located at Panama City, FL. The Standard Form 1449 (SF-1449) will be used as the solicitation/contract form.

• Procurement of three (3) M1022-A1 Dolly Sets.

• Items must meet Government's minimum need, substantiated by provided documentation.

• A standard commercial warranty is required for all items.

• Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-129R for Department of Defense shipments.

• Items are to be packaged to afford adequate protection during shipment.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), one-time purchase order.

• Period of Performance: One year after receipt of order (ARO) is sought, with encouragement for best delivery terms.

• Estimated Value: Not specified.

• Submission Method: Electronic quotes via email to sindica.wade@gsa.gov and dominic.lackey@gsa.gov.

• Closing Date and Time: June 8, 2026, by 3:00 PM PST. Late quotes will not be considered.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a "Pass" or "Fail" basis. Price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Past performance will be reviewed but is not a formal evaluation factor.

• Required Documentation: A complete quote includes a cover sheet, completed Section B, M1022-A1 Dolly Set literature, Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) list, completed provisions in Section K, and the completed Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 1).

• NAICS Code: 336212, "Truck Trailer Manufacturing" (Small business size standard: 1,000 employees).

• PSC Code: 2590, "Miscellaneous Vehicular Components".

• This RFQ is not set-aside for small businesses.

• The nonmanufacturer rule (NMR) is NOT applicable.

• The Government may conduct additional market research to determine fair and reasonable pricing and may request pricing data or sales/invoice history.

• Do NOT ship based upon the posting of this RFQ.

• Quoters must register in GSA ASSIST to be awarded a contract and submit invoices.
