Scope of Work
The objective is to mitigate parking issues at the SFVAHCS main facility. The contractor will provide attendants to greet Veterans, take possession of keys and vehicles, park them in assigned areas, and retrieve and deliver vehicles upon the owners' return. Services are required Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must ensure no patient waits more than 10 minutes for parking or retrieval (95% of the time) and provide all necessary equipment, signage, uniforms, and key management. Special event parking services may also be required.
