• Submittals required include AF Form 3000 (Material Submittal Approval), descriptive data, certifications of conformance, shop drawings, and samples.

• Protection of existing landscape, including trees and turf, is required.

• Contractor is responsible for repair or replacement of any damaged government property.

• Barricades must be furnished, placed, and maintained as directed.

• Final cleaning must be executed prior to final inspection.

• Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing two working days prior to final inspection.

• Security requirements for unclassified contracts must be followed, including notification to 42 SFS/SPAI.

• Contractor must maintain a list of employees and obtain necessary passes and identification.

• Contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition on base.

• Contractor personnel must comply with base traffic regulations.

• Suitability investigations may be required for personnel operating government workstations.

• Required insurance includes Workmen's Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile Liability.

• Clauses and provisions from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) are incorporated by reference.
