Proposal Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit the following by the deadline:
- A completed Price Matrix (Attachment 0001).
- Completed responses to the RFQ Questionnaire (Attachment 0002), addressing experience with Polystyrene Plastic Foam for ammunition, moisture testing capabilities (<0.4%), and density requirements (2.00 lbs/cu ft).
- Proof of gained access to Distribution Level D Drawing 13-19-220 Rev E. Access to restricted drawings requires Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration (DD Form 2345).

Evaluation and Award
