Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for inventory management and stock replenishment of shop consumable parts for eight Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) Surface Equipment Maintenance Facilities (SEMF). • CLIN 0001 - Initial Inventory: Conduct site visits at each location to evaluate current stock levels and storage of bench stock, and provide recommendations for fulfillment.

• The vendor must have access to an inventory covering a wide range of items including common hardware, nuts, bolts, washers, capacitors, wire, tubing, hoses, ropes, webbing, thread, welding rods, sandpaper, gasket material, sheet metal, seals, oils, grease, and repair kits, and be able to acquire these items within 30 days or less.

• Period of Performance (PoP): Anticipated from February 15, 2026, to February 14, 2031.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide inventory management and stock replenishment for consumable bench stock parts at eight Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) Surface Equipment Maintenance Facilities (SEMFs) and two Army Aviation Support Facilities (AASFs).

• Manage and replenish low-cost, high-use consumable supply classes II, III P, IV, and IX items used by maintenance personnel.

• Services include inventory management, replenishment, and providing a quote for new consumable items.
