Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal security maintenance services, including:
- Maintenance, repair, replacement, and troubleshooting for the Lenel OnGuard™ system, covering indoor/outdoor cameras, access control, magnetic door locks, cabling, monitors, servers, and terminals.
- Ensuring compatibility of all equipment and software with the existing Lenel OnGuard™ system.
- Providing Lenel-certified security technicians for regular service and emergency repairs, with a 2-hour emergency response time for local contractors (within 130 miles).
- Offering integration of new software/hardware/technology and new installations.
- Performing preventative maintenance and maintaining continuity of service.
- Coordination with the Physical Security Officer (PSO) or Chief of the Guards.
- Maintaining updated AS-BUILT drawings and providing monthly reports.

Submission Requirements

Special Requirements
