Process & Submittal Requirements
This EOI is the initial step to identify interested and qualified vendors. Responses will inform the development of a formal solicitation list, and selected vendors may be invited to participate in a future Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Interested vendors must submit an EOI including:
- Company name and point of contact.
- Description of relevant machine shop equipment installation capabilities and experience.
- NAICS codes and business size classification.
- Any existing DOE or federal contracting experience (if applicable). Submissions should be sent to Chase.Egbert@inl.gov.
Additional Considerations
Contracts exceeding $2,000 for construction, alteration, or repair at INL are subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Construction work at the INL Site is also subject to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (SSA). Work performed at Idaho Falls facilities is not subject to these agreements. Respondents should mark any proprietary information within their submissions.
