Amendment / Modification

This document is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W519TC26QA132, effective May 4, 2026. Its primary purpose is to provide contractor-submitted questions and the Government's responses.

• Solicitation Amendment 2 Narrative: Provides contractor questions and Government answers.

• Solicitation Amendment 1 Narrative: Revises the CLIN description. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged for both amendments.

• Q1 (Inside Delivery/Offloading): The delivery address has personnel to complete the offloading process, so contractors should not include offloading services in their scope.

• Q2 (Installation/Site Readiness): Installation will be performed by Government employees. No further preparation is required from the contractor, and all specifications are in the solicitation.

This amendment does not change the overall terms and conditions of the solicitation, except for the inclusion of the Q&A. Bidders should ensure their proposals acknowledge receipt of this amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment modifies Solicitation W519TC26QA132. The primary changes are:

• Revision of CLIN Description: The description for CLIN 0001 has been revised to "MACHINE SPINDLE GROS-ITE MDL: 6P6-304-1C01".

• Updated Spindle Features: Detailed specifications for the machine spindle have been updated, including:

  • Spindle Type: Motorized, Deep Hole Grinding Spindles
  • Maximum RPM: 5,500
  • Front Barrel Extension: 2.25"DIA X 23.00"LG

• The "Description" section for CLIN 0001 has been modified.

• The "Requirements text" has been modified to reflect the updated description for the MACHINE SPINDLE GROS-ITE.

• All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

• Bidders should ensure their proposals reflect these updated specifications for the machine spindle.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation (W519TC26QA132) is issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) for the procurement of Machine Spindles (Product Service Code: 3413).
