Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance and support for the MHMS, including:

  • Labor, specialized tools, and materials for MHMS software and hardware.
  • Support for three (3) AMS Machinery Health Analyzers and one (1) AMS Machine Works software.
  • Expert technical support (24/7 reach-back for critical issues), system diagnosis, software upgrades, Guardian Dashboard access, system notifications, and analysis reports.
  • Annual evaluation and calibration of AMS Machinery Health Analyzers.
  • Annual battery health evaluation and replacement at no additional cost.
  • Replacement of core technology parts affected by normal wear-and-tear.
  • Delivery of detailed service reports (CDRL A001) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Government Furnished Property (GFP)

The government will provide specific GFP, including three (3) CSI 2140 Four-Channel Machinery Health Analyzers with Hazardous Environment Certification.
